How we handle cookies

Fit Discounts uses cookies and similar techniques. Below you can read exactly which ones and why. On your first visit you choose what to allow: everything, only necessary, or per category via “Customise” (analytics and advertising separately).

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. The banner reopens with your current choice, which you can change right away. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you switch a category off, we delete the related cookies immediately.

Necessary (always on)

These are required for the site to work and cannot be traced back to you as a person:

sp_consent — remembers your cookie choice (12 months; if you choose “only necessary” we ask again after 6 months).
sp_anon / sp_voter_id — a random, anonymous number that powers things like voting on discount codes and your saved products (12 months).
sp_utm / sp_ab — remember which link brought you here and which version of a page you saw, so we can improve our own site. Anonymous, internal use only (30 days / 12 months).

Analytics — measure and improve (only after your consent)

Google Analytics (cookies: _ga, _ga_*) — how the site is used: visits, pages, clicks (max. 24 months).
Microsoft Clarity (cookies: _clck, _clsk) — how pages are used (scrolling and clicking behaviour), to improve the site (max. 12 months).

Advertising (only after your consent)

Measuring whether our ads work and showing more relevant ads:

Google Ads (cookies: _gcl_au, sp_gclid) — max. 3 months.
Meta / Facebook / Instagram (cookies: _fbp, _fbc) — max. 3 months.
TikTok (cookie: _ttp) — max. 13 months.
Snapchat (cookies: _scid, _sctr) — max. 13 months.

Affiliate links

When you click through to a store, that link carries an anonymous click number. This tells the store you came via Fit Discounts and earns us a small commission — you never pay more because of it. The number contains no personal data.
